The official Walking Dead Twitter account posted a tribute to Williams, calling her "one of the most passionate people (and #TWD fans) you could meet." Several members of the cast have also taken to social media to post photos they took with Williams and share their memories of her.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays Negan on the series, wrote that he was "blessed" to meet so many fans of the show, adding that Williams "always stood out as one of the best." Alicia Witt, who played Paula, called Williams "such a bright light at these cons."

Walker Stalker Con, a convention Williams attended, also posted a tribute, writing, "Her memory and legacy doesn't end with her unfortunate passing. She fought against the disease that took her."

The Walking Dead cast had previously supported Williams during her cancer battle. A few weeks ago, Norman Reedus (who plays Daryl) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan filmed an Instagram video sending her love and saying, "We're just thinking about you. We hope you're doing all right."

After her death, Reedus posted a photo with her on Instagram, writing, "Gonna miss u Lisa. You were always so cool and always had a smile for everyone."

ComicBook.com reports that Williams was actively involved with charity, including a group called Team Andy Lincoln, which raised more than $30,000 for Barnardo's, a U.K. children's charity for which Walking Dead star Andrew Lincoln is an ambassador. You can still donate to her JustGiving page.

According to Entertainment Weekly, fans have been commenting with the hope that this Sunday's episode of Talking Dead (AMC's post-episode talk show) will honor Williams in some way.
